2010 Lamborghini Gallardo GT600 Black and White Edition

lamborghini gallardo gt600 black and white edition by bf-performance picture
Remember the BF-Performance GT 600 we talked about in March? Here it is again, but this time painted in a beautiful black and white combination.
As a reminder, the aerodynamic kit is made entirely of carbon fiber and includes air inlets, a new front spoiler, side skirts, a rear diffuser, and a rear wing. Also, thanks to the extensive use of carbon fiber, the total weight goes down by 43 kilos. And, as it’s name suggests, the engine was tuned to deliver an impressive 600 HP.
Meanwhile, the interior gets sports bucket seats, steering wheel, door handles and ventilation grids made in carbon fiber.
This Lamborghini Gallardo GT600 Black and White Edition is ready for any black tie affair sporting the most elegant and formal color combination known to man. It also has a kick-ass performance portfolio.

2010 Lamborghini Gallardo Balboni Edition

lamborghini gallardo balboni edition by anderson germany picture
Last year, Lamborghini and Valentino Balboni decided to get together to bring forth the special, limited edition Lamborghini Gallardo Balboni. This creation put together a legendary supercar with a legendary test driver, so it should go unsaid that this vehicle wouldn’t need any changes made to it, right? Wrong. German tuner, Anderson, decided to tweak the Gallardo with a few minor changes to the exterior and some changes in the interior. They even pumped up the power a bit.
The exterior of the Lamborghini doesn’t get altered dramatically as Anderson only tinted the taillights and panes of the vehicle. The German tuner also added three-part lacquered partnered with high performance tires measuring 235/30-20 at the front and 305/25-20 at the back. A louder exhaust system was put in and can be controlled with a remote controlled, three-step valve control.
Inside, the seats have Anderson logos as well as built in carbon in white. The Lamborghini Gallardo Balboni Edition also gets a slight power increase from 542hp to 582hp using the same 5.2 liter V10 engine as found in the standard Balboni Edition. The max torque was also increased, but Anderson Germany did not reveal numbers to substantiate that claim.

2010 Lamborghini Bat LP-640

JB Car Design is no stranger to turning an already beautiful supercar into something completely out of the ordinary. And the German tuners are at it again with their latest offering for the Lamborghini Murcielago, the Bat LP-640.
The performance and styling package added to this Murcielago is not something that you can take lightly; it costs €88,000, which is about $123,500, or the cost of an Audi R8. Given the stratospheric price tag, you would hope that JB Car Design has something explosive with their new tuning kit. Fortunately, they more than delivered on that end.
The package is only limited to 75 units and JB Car Design made sure that it’s going to be worth every penny the customer pays for it. Designed to resemble the Reventon, the Bat LP-640’s package comes with a new contoured front bumper that features more side air intakes. There’s also carbon fiber headlight covers, a carbon fiber front lip spoiler, new side skirts, a carbon rear diffuser, LED lights on the taillights, a set of three-piece 20” alloy wheels, a carbon fiber rear wing spoiler, and similar to the front bumper, a rear bumper with side air outlets.
Continued after the jump.

2010 Hamann Lamborghini Gallardo "Victory"

hamann lamborghini gallardo victory by h amp r picture
The current Gallardo is the most successful Lamborghini ever built, and with this comes a certain responsibility to deliver more than just sporting elegance. The line at just how amazing this car can get keeps getting drawn, erased, and then drawn again, and that isn’t more evident than in the new Hamann Lamborghini Gallardo "Victory" by H&R. The name may be long and a tad confusing, but it describes all who have had a hand in this creation, including the original tuners that converted the Gallardo into the Gallardo Victory back in 2007.
Taking that finished tuning project, H&R have erased the line that we spoke about earlier and have taken the Gallardo Victory to the next step of Gallardo excellence. They started off with adding a new aluminum threaded chassis to the existing widebody kit from Hamann to get better visibility from the vehicle. After that they added a new set of HighTech Coilovers and a new set of high-strength aluminum alloy wheels. Customers choose which parts they would like to add, including which allow wheels fit their bill.
The Hamann Lamborghini Gallardo "Victory" by H&R will be on display at the Essen Motor Show in Germany.

2010 Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Valentino Balboni

lamborghini gallardo lp 550-2 valentino balboni picture
He has long been revered as one of the many legends surrounding the world’s most uncompromising sports car brand – Valentino Balboni, a remarkable test driver with his own personal cult status. Automobili Lamborghini now presents a model in his honour and bearing his name – the Gallardo LP 550-2 Valentino Balboni.
The latest version of the Gallardo, Lamborghini’s most successful model of all time - overall, more than 9,000 units of the model range have already been produced - boasts not only its own distinctive design and exclusive equipment, but its technology is unique too, as indicated by the model badge: the 550 stands for the power output in hp and the 2 is for rear wheel drive.

2011 Lamborghini LP670-4 SuperVeloce Chrome Purple

lamborghini lp670-4 superveloce chrome purple by adv.1 picture
Somebody once told us that when you already have a good thing, it’s best to leave it the heck alone, especially if that ’good thing’ happens to be a matte purple wrapped Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SuperVeloce.
Then again, nobody said anything about making a good thing better. While we have always professed our undying love for supercars decked in matte wrapping, our jaws almost fell to the floor when we caught sight of this spectacular beaut.
Apparently, the owner of this Murcielago SuperVeloce decided that matte wrapping just wouldn’t be enough to highlight his glorious Italian bull of a supercar. So he decided to get rid of the matte and have his supercar wrapped in a purple chrome foil. And we’re not even paying that much attention to the set of ADV.1 Deep Concave ADv05 wheels the Murcielago is sitting on. We love the wheels too, by the way.
But the shining purple chrome look of this Murcielago is what really sets it apart from a lot of fancy-colored Lamborghinis we’ve seen in the past. In the words of Charlie Sheen, this Murcielago SuperVeloce is definitely WINNING

2011 Lamborghini LP600+ GT3 Reiter Engineering

lamborghini lp600 gt3 by reiter engineering picture
A few years after it released a GT3 race version for the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560, Reiter Engineering is back with a new GTS-spec Gallardo: the 2011 Lamborghini LP600+ GT3. Based on the Gallardo LP560-4, Reiter Engineering tweaked the supercar and turned it into a race-spec version that will compete in GT3 races for the 2011 season.
Reiter Engineering is no stranger to producing race-winning GT3 racers. Their previous work – the Gallardo LP560 GT3 – sold more than 50 examples worldwide while also dominating races in the GT3 class of various racing series all over the world.
For the latest version, Reiter Engineering is pulling out all the stops in ensuring that the LP600+ GT3 race car will take after its predecessors in dominating GT3-class races for the 2011 season. No word yet on which team is interested in getting these bad boys, but we’re sure that Reiter’s new Lamborghini GT3 racer will see a lot of GT3 starting grids in the near future.

2011 Lamborghini LP560 GT West Racing

lamborghini lp560 gt by west racing picture
In the midst of all the new racing machines being introduced for the 2011 racing season, West Racing has just received their Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560 GT which they will enter into this year’s American Le Mans Series. The supercar, which was developed in cooperation with tire partner Yokohama, will be undergoing its first testings at Sebring in late January and will also participate in the annual ALMS Winter Test from February 9th-10th.
The racing car is based on the Gallardo LP560-4 which is powered by the new 5.2 liter V10 engine with an output of 560 HP at 8000 rpm. With this base engine, the Gallardo receives a 40 PS increase compared to that of the previous model. The LP560-4 accelerates from 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds and from 0-124 mph in 11.8 seconds. Top speed lies at 201 mph. The racing Lambo’s specifications are still being kept under wraps, but we expect to see improved aerodynamics, even if the engine remains largely unchanged.
West Racing expects to have its driver lineup ready by the end of the year.

2012 Lamborghini LM00X

We have been waiting for this moment for some time now, ever since Porsche got into the crossover business in fact. We had our doubts, but when Aston Martin announced they would be making the Lagonda, it seemed that the pieces were in order for a Lamborghini crossover. This is especially true since rumors have been floating about claiming that Lamborghini was working on an SUV anyway.
Now, when Porsche first made the Cayenne there were many enthusiasts who rioted in the streets, but look how it turned out. The Cayenne is the first selling model in their range, despite some interesting design cues in the first generation. Aston’s Lagonda will take those design cues and turn them upside down, as this thing is ugly in concept form. Still, an Aston SUV might sell if the price is right.
With high-performance SUV sales as good as they are, Lamborghini wants in the mix. Given the fact that they are apart of the Volkswagen Group, they should have plenty of bits lying around to use.
Hit the jump to read on.

2011 Lamborghini Gallardo LP540 GT3

lamborghini gallardo lp540 gt3 generazioni by dmc picture
German tuner, DMC, is giving us a double dose of Lamborghini Gallardo awesomeness today, and we couldn’t be any more thrilled about it. In addition to the more powerful LP560 GT3 Generazioni that we just featured, DMC also launched the slightly less powerful, yet equally captivating LP540 GT3 Generazioni .
Similar to the LP560, the Gallardo LP540 GT3 Generazioni was built to celebrate the double-win of Fabio Babini and Matteo Zucchi in the Silverstone leg of the 2011 Blancpain Super Trofeo on June 5, 2011. The car comes with plenty of aerodynamic and performance upgrades with the most significant upgrades coming in the form of carbon fiber additions. These include the new GT3 front apron and carbon spoiler, extra wide fenders, widened carbon fiber side skirts, a new rear bumper, diffuser, a redesigned rear wing with an option of either getting it in carbon fiber or fiber glass, and finally, a set of 20" diamond forged wheels that come with a special varnish. Meanwhile, the interior of the car also gets plenty of carbon fiber present on the steering wheel, the door openers, and the seats.
Under the hood, DMC also gave the LP540 GT3 Generazioni an ECU remap, improving the supercar’s output on the 5.2-liter V10 engine from the stock 540 horsepower to 566 horsepower and 475 lb/ft of torque.

2011 Lamborghini Gallardo LP560 ’Erebos’

lamborghini gallardo lp560 8217 erebos 8217 by sr auto group pictureSR Automotive Group has been known for creating unique and stylish rides for those that already drive some of the best cars on the planet. The owner and founder of SR Auto Group, Tony Yuen, wanted to create a unique experience when it comes to tuning high-end luxury cars. The SR in the name stands for “Style and Refinement” which the company has been able to stick with throughout the years.
The cars that end up coming from this Vancouver based shop are modified tastefully and express each individual’s personality. One of their most recent projects was to create the ultimate Lamborghini Gallardo LP560, nicknamed “Erebos.” The LP560 is the entry level model of the Gallardo, but its 5.2-liter V10 still creates 560 horsepower at 8,000 rpm and 398 ft-lbs of torque at 6,500 rpm.
Tuning something that is already a precision machine can be a tricky business and therefore SR Auto is very careful to not change the overall dynamics of the Gallardo. Most customers do not tend to ask for dramatic power increases in a car like this and so on the performance side SR has added an exhaust system. Including several aerodynamic pieces and a set of beautiful wheels were enough to change this “mild” Gallardo into one of the cleanest looking aftermarket examples we have ever seen.

2011 Lamborghini Gallardo twin-turbo

lamborghini gallardo twin-turbo by rsc picture
A few days ago we brought you a very impressive Lamborghini Gallardo tuning package from Amari Design. Today is time for another one: a kit from the American tuner Racing Sport Concepts (RSC). Their package includes both aerodynamic updates, but also a very impressive engine update.
For the exterior kit the tuner is offering a new front splitter and a new side skirts painted in white like all the other body elements, while the hood, windshield frame, headlights and side mirrors are finished in black. The exterior package is finished by a new set of lightweight alloy rims in a five double-spoke design.
For the engine update RSC offers no details just yet. But the first rumors suggest the output will go up to an impressive 1000 HP. There are no words on how this engine update improved the car’s performance but we expect to see a 0 to 60 mph sprint made in around 3 second and a top speed of around 200 mph.

2007 Lamborghini Gallardo Nera

lamborghini gallardo nera picture
The italian carmaker Lamborghini will unveil a special edition of their Gallardo super coupe at the Paris Motor Show. Dubbed the Gallardo Nera (black), the limited edition spuercar, only 185 units will be made, it is the fastest "shadow" ever seen.

The special edition was initial known as the Gallardo Privilegio, but "Nera" is a more apropriate name for the black version of the supercar. Where won’t be any improvements made on the Nera: it will be powered of the same V10 engine with an output of 550 hp as a regular Gallardo.
It will be available in two base colors: "Black Serapis" and "Black Noctis" and will be characterized for the external retrovisori mirrors, the spoiler posterior, the posterior air inlet ones, the roof, the lateral bands of the front cowling and the brancardi it paints to you in black opaque.

Interior in black and white

The interior is styled in the colours "Black Perseus" and "White Polar" using the "bicolour sportive" equipment variant. A further "Branding Package" and the ad personam equipment package provide additional distinctive touches. The "Leather II" variant in "Bianco Polar" includes leather trims for the climate control operating panel, handbrake and gear lever console in addition to the inner door handles and seat side cushions.
The seats boast rhomboidal stitching in the "Q-citura" pattern, which can also be found on the Alcantara roof lining, door trims and the partition wall between the seats and the engine compartment. Instrument rings and decorative stitching on the steering wheel, plus white piping on the seats and mats, round off the modifications in the interior.

Engine

The Gallardo Nera is powered by a 4961 cc V10 engine with an output of 520 hp. The top speed is 195 mph and the 0-60 mph sprint is made in 3.8 seconds.
The Lamborghini Gallardo Nera includes, as standard, a navigation system, rearview camera, on-board computer, alarm system, lifting system and a made-tomeasure vehicle cover. Optional equipment for the model includes the e-gear automatic transmission, an engine hood with transparent glass panels, a Bluetooth-compatible radio and carbon-ceramic brakes.

2006 Lamborghini Gallardo GT3

lamborghini gallardo gt3 picture
A first view from German motorsport specialists, Reiter Engineering, of the Gallardo sportscar. The 500+bhp car is being developed for entry in the GT3 category of international sportscar series as either 4-wheel or 2-wheel drive. The image, taken in the early stages of development, clearly shows the distinctive Lamborghini styling of the Gallardo.

Reiter has already received orders and further considerable interest from privateer customers, and the finished product will be available in February. Further technical details on the race car will be available over the next two months, while a ‘street’ version of the Gallardo GT3R will follow within the next month.
Last weekend the first derivative of the proposed Gallardo GT3 Race successfully completed a two-day shakedown test in the hands of the newly founded Lambo-Racing customer team. The 4-WD car was developed and built by Reiter Engineering at the customer’s request, in time for them to prepare for the start of the 2006 VLN Nordschleife Championship.

2011 Lamborghini Gallardo Bicolore special edition

  1. lamborghini gallardo bicolore special edition pictureRemember the Lamborghini Gallardo SE unveiled back in 2005? It was a special edition Gallardo limited to only 250 units and characterized by a two-tone body paint. Now that Gallardo is also coming to an end, Lamborghini is preparing a few special editions for its customers out there. First will be a Gallardo Bicolore special edition set to be launched in early 2011, most likely at the Detroit Auto Show. Deliveries will begin in February 2011.
Like with the SE version, the Bicolore edition will be offered with a duotone color scheme, an even more sportier interior and some power increase. It is expect the color list to include: gray, white, yellow, orange and green, all combined with a black roof. The only difference is that this special edition will be based on the Gallardo LP560-4 edition. There are rumors saying that Lamborghini is also preparing a Tricolore edition, but there are no details on it just yet.

2011 Lamborghini Aventador Polizia

lamborghini aventador polizia picture
The Italian Polizia has never been shy about introducing Lamborghinis to their fleet of police cars, having already done so in the past for the Lamborghini Gallardo
Now that Lamborghini has officially introduced their new baby, the LP700-4 Aventador, we think that it’s only a matter of time before a number of these Italian supercars are dressed up in the familiar blue and white finish of the polizia. To give us an idea of what to expect if and when the car makes its first appearance safeguarding the Italian roads, Milanno Artworks, together with CarreraDesign, has created a number of renderings of what the Aventador Polizia is poised to look like.
Details about the car isn’t going to be announced anytime soon, but as a special police vehicle, it is expected to carry with a number of special features, including a defibrillator, a refrigerator container for transport of organs, and police lights - probably using LED lights - under the air intakes and inside the Italian supercar.
Seeing as Lamborghini and the Italian Polizia have a strong relationship buoyed by their continued collaboration, we won’t bet against seeing an Aventador Polizia down the road.

2015 Lamborghini Aventador SV

lamborghini aventador sv picture
While everyone is still waiting for the Spyder version of the recently launched Lamborghini Aventador, TopGear went ahead and put ink to paper on a Super Veloce version. The rendering is a little premature considering the Super Veloce will be the last edition released and a leaked source revealed it shouldn’t be here until 2015, but the graphics sure make it wildly
